FAQs
01
What is a "powerful personality"?
A "powerful personality" is also known as a "Choleric" temperament based on the ancient Greek temperament theory, or a "Dominance" personality in the DISC model, based on the work of William Marston. Powerful personalities are a combination of being both task-oriented and outgoing. They tend to be big-picture focused, bold, direct, decisive, and driven to move quickly to get things done. The shadow side of their strengths is that they can be insensitive to others, controlling, and hasty.

What if I become "too soft" as a result of this work?
I always laugh when powerful people ask me this. DON'T WORRY! You won't become too soft or lose your edge or ability to get results. The goal is to increase your range and develop a new part of yourself not to make you a new person. And, trust me, if you resonated with this website so far, you have a long way to go before anyone will give you feedback that you are too soft, patient, or slow to act.
03
Will I be wasting my time doing touchy-feely exercises?
One of a powerful personality's biggest triggers is wasting time. I take your time seriously and have crafted a thoughtful and intentional process that will help you build momentum quickly and achieve the results you seek in this area of your life. BUT, it will require you to commit time and focused energy on developing new awareness and skills to connect with others. I will push you out of your comfort zone and ask you to reflect on things you don't typically take time to think about. You and those around you will benefit from this reflection. Together, we will slow down to speed up.
