About the Coach

Lindsey Bingaman is an ICF certified coach (PCC) and personality expert with 15+ years of experience supporting leaders to develop emotional and social skills in the workplace. 

She understands the unique strengths and challenges of powerful personalities and uses her experience, humor and curiosity to create focused interventions that maximize their effectiveness.

Lindsey has worked with many powerful personalities, including healthcare, manufacturing, and tech (SaaS startup and Go-To-Market) leaders.

She has an MSOD, in Organizational Development & Leadership from St. Joseph's University and has trained with the Teleos Leadership Institute and the Strozzi Institute for Somatic Coaching. She serves as faculty in the Teleos Coaching Essentials International program.
