About results through relationships

The Results Through Relationships coaching program is a 4-month, one-on-one coaching experience that uses proven methodologies to help you develop and sustain new behaviors that will enhance your leadership success.
All the research shows that deeper relationships help leaders get results. Plus, they will also help you lead a happier and more meaningful life... at work and home.

Four levers for change
1. Visioning for the future
We start by envisioning the outcome you desire and why it's important to you. Creating a compelling vision is key to initiating and sustaining new behavior. It will also give us a clear picture of what success looks like.
2. Engaging your network
Secondly, another key lever for change comes from engaging your network for feedback and support. You will form a personal advisory board of trusted individuals who will help us understand your personal derailers (see below), give you real-time feedback, and cheer you on along the way.
3. Develop Self awareness
Once you have a vision and a support team, we will focus on building everyday awareness of how you interact with others. Powerful personalities carry authority with them in their bodies but many are unaware of how their body, tone, and language can distance or silence others. This experience will help elevate your awareness and try new ways of showing up that lead to open communication and greater participation from others.
3. practice new behaviors
Finally, a critical part of this experience is, of course, practicing new behaviors and watching how others respond. In this program, you will learn the foundational behaviors of coaching leaders and receive concrete guidance on communication and meeting practices that support your new approach.

Vision for the future
There are few things powerful personalities love more than working hard to get results. In our time together, we will start by creating a compelling vision for the results you desire and identifying how you will measure your ROI (return on investment). We will answer the questions like "Why is this change important to you?" and "What would be possible if you were successful?"

2:
Understand derailers
Once we have a vision for this new part of yourself, we will take a good look at what is getting in the way. For powerful personalities, this usually comes down to one of the 8 derailers listed below. In this phase, you will self-assess on these derailers and create a Personal Feedback Board of trusted individuals who will give you feedback and support on this journey. As part of the feedback process, I will also sit in on or view meeting recordings to see how your body, tone, and language might be inhibiting your effectiveness.

3:
Practice new behaviors
The third and final phase of the Results Through Relationships journey is putting new behaviors into practice in a big way. In this phase, you will learn and practice deep listening skills and experiment with shifting your body, tone, and language to connect more deeply with others. You will also learn 1:1 and group meeting tactics to enhance communication and group engagement.
